Veterans Affairs
Centuria is responsible for the maintenance of the information kiosks provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) National Cemetery Administration at over 160 National and State Veterans Cemeteries. The kiosks are used by visitors to locate the internment sites of veterans and to navigate the facility. They are an integral part of the professional experience the VA strives to provide for veterans and their families. The cemeteries are located in 39 states as well as Puerto Rico. Management of this geographically diverse contract is achieved through web based systems and tools that allow Centuria to coordinate consulting technicians within hours of a problem developing at any location and resolve the issue.
U.S. Department of State
Our team of nearly 60 administrative professionals handle the complex processing of permanent immigration visas. This includes data input, filing, fraud detection, and policy management. Our team follows strict National Visa Center (NVC) guidelines to create unique applicant computer records and verify accuracy of all information submitted. Processors take paper visa applications and input them into the system. If there are things missing, they route it back to the home country embassy for completion. Each country has different data requirements, so processors must know what is required from each country. This team helped develop the system to enable electronic transfer of data with a number of embassies including China. Centuria regularly meets or exceeds NVC quotas for processing immigrant visa petitions.
